THE CHEF Native of Puerto Rico, Zoe’s culinary interests began from a young age, entertaining and cooking family meals with her grandma. She trained at the culinary school of Ana G Mendez in Carolina, Puerto Rico earning a Culinary Degree in International Cuisine, which led to an over 15 year career in fine dining restaurants from Madrid, the US, and Puerto Rico, including working as the executive chef for the Arecibo Observatory. Now a Personal Chef and as a bilingual ServSafe instructor she showcases her unique culinary and instructional skills.
Chef Zoe loves using the kitchen and cooking as a vehicle for connecting and building great relationships. She believes that the best thing about the kitchen is the ease with which connections and strong bonds are created and around the table while braking bred.
That is exactly what she delivers when sharing her love hosting and her diverse cooking experiences in her services and menus.
